HARD COPY SUBMISSION:

• Applicant is requested to submit 1 hard copy of the application form to the office of the Secretariat: Room 10004, 10^th Floor, Senate House, East Campus. See documents to download below.
• It is very important that you first read the Guidelines (see link at the bottom of the page) for completion of applications to Animal Ethics Screening Committee.
